Monthly Service

For a monthly fee of $150.00 per single participating attorney and an extra $40.00 per each additional attorney at the same firm, Pannell legal process will visit your office once a day in the morning to pick up any documents to file, walk to court and give you a progress report on all your documents (same day service)

Out of County Service

•   A one time round trip mileage fee                                                  $0.55 Per mile
•   All charges are for up to 4 attempts with no additional charge

IN & Out of State Services

•   Dallas                                                                                            $75.00
•   In most cases, all others can be completed for under $90.00 plus postage, if cost is  above this amount, prior approval is      requested.

Rush Fee

•   Same day service requests made before 2:00 pm                             $35.00

We do offer discounts on multiple services at same location. Please call for discounted rates on volume service requests.

Pannell Legal Process does not charge a surcharge for cash advances or fees paid by Pannell Legal Process for pre-approved clients.
